RETURN POLICY
Our Guarantee
We value our relationship with our customers. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us within 3 days of any damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value minus shipping charges.

Simply return the item and once it has been received and inspected we will then refund the credit card used during time of purchase, exchange the item, or apply a store credit for you to use at your convenience.


 How to Return an Item:
To return or exchange an item, complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your arenaturals.com merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:


Your name

Address

Phone number

Order number

Item name/description

Reason for return

Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)

Refunds:

• Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

• A refund on shipping is credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

• Gift returns will be credited with a store credit only. Refund checks to registrants for registry gifts cannot be issued

 

The following policies apply to all returns:

• We regret that we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final–sale or special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

• Please make sure your package is insured, arenaturals.com cannot be held responsible for returning items that are damaged in transit.

• Please make sure your package is prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
