Due to the fresh nature of our Wreath products and Gift Baskets, we will NOT be able to  accept returns for these items.

RETURN POLICY
Return Policy We hope that our customers will be 100% satisfied with their arenaturals.com purchase. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please notify us within 3 days of any damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value minus shipping charges.

Simply return the item and once it has been received and inspected we will then refund the credit card used during time of purchase, exchange the item, or apply a store credit for you to use at your convenience.

Important Information about Returning Bedding,Bath Linens, & Wearable items -
Most products may be returned within 30 days of customer receipt as long as they have not been removed from the packaging.

Open, non-defective bedding or wearable items are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene; and cannot be accepted for return.  (Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding.)



How to Return an Item:
To return or exchange an item, complete and include with your return the
RETURN FORM with your arenaturals.com merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken: Return,exchange or store credit.

Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your return will be processed according to your instructions:

Refunds:

• Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

• A refund for shipping is credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

• Gift returns will be credited with a store credit only. Refund checks to registrants for registry gifts cannot be issued

 

The following policies apply to all returns:

• We regret that we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, "perishable" items ( please see
shipping information for descriptions) ,final–sale or special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

• Please make sure your package is insured. Arenaturals.com cannot be held responsible for returning items that are damaged in transit.

• Please make sure your package is prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

• All returns must be authorized by way of email or telephone within 30 days of original shipment.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

• Open, non-defective bedding (sheets, pillows, comforters, and duvets etc.) are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. Open, non-defective (clothing, robes, pajamas etc.) will not be accepted for return. (Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding.
