Are Naturals $5 Flat Rate Shipping is valid for online purchases in the same domestic order. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive $5 Flat Rate shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. If you choose another shipping option,additional charges may apply. Please note that our $5 Flat Rate shipping applies per address.

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via $5 Flat Rate Shipping typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may  not arrive in the same box or within the same time, but will arrive in the estimated delivery times above.

At present, we ship only within the United States, to its territories and to APO/FPO addresses. Destination Charge Arrival Rush Delivery and Processing For an extra charge of $12 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. Rush delivered items will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and are estimated to arrive within 2 business days. Please note: Rush service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items or for some items shipped from the manufacturer. Shipping Perishables Some of the items we sell are considered "perishable". This means that the item is prepared fresh for you at the time you order it. Because the item is fresh, the packages are not in transit on Saturday and Sunday. Our perishable items include Organic fruit baskets, Organic fruit gift boxed items, and Fresh Wreaths. We regret that we are unable to accept returns for perishable items unless damaged during transit, due to the nature of the product. * Please Note: Perishable items cannot be shipped to Canada, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Shipping to Multiple Addresses & Business Gift Giving You can designate multiple recipients during the course of your shopping experience.  When selecting your product you will have the option to ship the item to “you” or “other”.Use the “other” option when you want to ship a gift to a friend. Enter the recipient name and at checkout, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address for each recipient you have chosen to ship to. You must be a registered customer and signed in to your account to access and edit your address book when shipping to multiple addresses. You may save the recipients' addresses to expedite future transactions.
