Perishable Items:
Some of the items we sell are considered "perishable". This means that the item is prepared fresh for you at the time you order it. Because the item is fresh the packages are not in transit on Saturday and Sunday. Our perishable items include Organic fruit baskets and Organic fruit gift boxed items.
We have carefully pre-selected the shipping method of each item based on our manufacturers suggested shipping method. These shipping methods allow your order to arrive to you or your recipient fresh.
Perishable item ordering deadlines:
3-day shipping = Place your order before 11:00 a.m. Central Time Tuesday to arrive by Friday
2-day shipping = Place your order before 11:00 a.m. Central Time Wednesday to arrive by Friday
Orders not received by the timeline stated above will ship on the following Monday.
Sales Tax: If your order is being shipped to Tennessee, sales tax is added automatically during the check process. If placing your order by phone , our customer service specialist will calculate the applicable sales tax. If you are sending an order via fax or phone please remember to add the appropriate sales tax of 9.5%.
Product Availability: Ocassionally an item will not be in stock and is noted on every product through out the site. If a product is unavailable, we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product to you. You may contact customer service for an alternative item or refund if the ship date is unacceptable.
Errors:
Although the information on this site has been checked for accuracy, occasionally errors and omissions occur and are subject to correction.
Our Commitment: As part of our efforts and commitment as an eco friendly company , whenever possible we re-use packaging materials, and boxes to ship our products to our customer. In addition, to reduce harmful emissions, your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer; as a result some packages may arrive seperately depending on products purchased.
